First we start with locates and plannign out where utilities are located. Then we excavate and expose the footings without undermining. This is a carefull process as not to damage the foundation or anything coming in and out of the home. Then we pressure wash all dirt. Then we parge any inperfections in the block walls for a smooth surface.

We after we have a smooth clean surface, We use foundation sealer right down covering the footings.

we then use henry blueskin wp200 membrane covering from the footings up to grade.

we then cover the membrane with delta dimple board.

we install 4-inch weeping tile all the way around perimeter of footings with 2 ft of 3/4 clear drainage stone surrounding the pipe. the pipe will lead to a drainage pit dug during excavation.

After our dimple board is on and our drainage stone and weeping tile is installed and complete, we now backfill and track pack with the machines the effected excavated areas will settle and require some maintenance to get it back to perfect.
